The Losmandy-style dovetail bar is designed to allow you to mount your telescope on Losmandy-style dovetail clamp mounts. As this dovetail bar is 750mm long and 13mm thick, we recommend using it with a counterweight of up to 40kg. The dovetail bar can also be used on long OTAs so you can also clamp the ALTO cover motor and use GIOTTO as a motorized flat field mask.

Like all elements of the PLUS system, this plate is made with high-precision mechanics and specially designed to allow you to easily install other PLUS components such as pipe rings, guiding rings, etc.

If you have accessories from other brands, all elements of the PLUS system can still be used.
