Telescopes with secondary mirrors generate rays (spikes). This looks beautiful and better illustrates the difference of the star colors, as a nearly punctiform star image.
If you shoot with a normal photo lens, you really have to do without these spikes. With "easy-spike", however, these diffraction figures are now also possible on the photo lens, simply and without tinkering or post-processing on the computer. The masks are available in almost all common sizes.
