The specialized, tilt-back gemmological tripods are available with the NexiusZoom and NexiusZoom EVO stereo heads. The microscopes are equipped with a 30W transmitted light halogen illumination at an oblique angle towards the sample. This allows the investigation of the gems to perfect darkfield conditions. The tripod is available with 1 W LED or 7 W fluorescence illumination for bright field contrast.
